A full-scale demonstration infront of the LAPD or the Mayor office in L.A. might be helpful at this point.

Organize an e-mail campaign to the office of the Mayor and the heads of the L.A. Police Dept as well as the senior officer of the couter=terrorism office. Consult with ibrahim Hooper.
